DEVOTIONAL
Fear often attacks creatives at the point of obedience. Fear of failure. Fear of judgment. Fear of not being enough. But courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is obedience in the presence of fear. Joshua 1:9 commands you to be strong and courageous because God is with you wherever you go. That includes your creative path.
Courage does not always feel loud. Sometimes courage looks like writing the first sentence, sharing the first post, recording the first idea, studying your craft again, or showing up when you feel discouraged. Courage is the decision to trust God more than you trust your fear.
When you create with courage, you step into the fullness of your calling. You stop letting fear dictate your output. You begin to see yourself the way God sees you. You begin to take risks that build faith and stretch your capacity. You begin to walk in boldness that reflects the Spirit living within you.
God has placed creativity in you for a reason. Do not let fear silence what heaven is trying to release through you. Step forward even if your voice shakes. Move even if your hands tremble. God goes before you, stands beside you, and strengthens you as you move.
Scripture: Joshua 1:9 TPT
Be strong and full of courage. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go.
