DEVOTIONAL

Some of the most impactful creativity flows from healed places. God never wastes your pain. He transforms it into language, expression, texture, sound, and story that reaches others in ways nothing else can. Psalm 147:3 reminds you that God heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. When God heals you, He does more than restore you. He redeems your story so others can find freedom through it.

Your scars are not liabilities. They are testimonies. They reveal where God carried you, corrected you, comforted you, and revived you. When you create from a place of healing, your art carries depth and authority. It carries empathy. It carries compassion. It carries truth that cannot be imitated. People recognize authenticity, and healing births authenticity like nothing else.

This does not mean you must expose everything or create from unprocessed pain. Healing does not rush you. But as God works in your heart, your creativity becomes an overflow of what He is restoring. Your work becomes a refuge for others. Your vulnerability becomes a doorway. Your redemption becomes revelation.

Today, thank God for the areas He has healed and the areas He is still healing. He is shaping your creativity through every part of your story. Let Him finish what He began. The world needs the healed version of your gift.
